Payment information

When an employer purchases job posting credits or packages, payment is processed by Stripe, our third-party payment provider. We do not receive or store full card numbers. Stripe processes and stores card details directly in accordance with PCI-DSS standards; we retain only transaction records (such as amount, date, and status) necessary for accounting and support purposes.

Job Board Activity

Employer Access to Data
Employers accessing candidate data agree to use such data solely for recruitment purposes and in accordance with applicable data protection laws.
Employers act as independent data controllers in relation to any personal data they access through the platform.
We are not responsible for how employers use candidate data once accessed.

Recruitment Services (Separate Engagement)

Where we provide recruitment or talent sourcing services directly, we may process personal data more actively, including:

  • Reviewing and assessing candidate suitability
  • Introducing candidates to employers
