Zoay is looking for a commercially minded and highly organised Strategy & Operations Consultant to support a diverse portfolio of client projects and strategic initiatives.

Working across strategy, operations, research and implementation, you will help clients understand complex challenges, identify opportunities and translate ideas into practical plans that can be delivered.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Conducting market, industry and competitor research to support client strategy and decision-making.

• Analysing business challenges, processes and opportunities, and developing clear strategic recommendations.

• Supporting the development of growth, talent, operational, product and market-entry strategies.

• Identifying opportunities to improve business processes, structures and ways of working.

• Producing high-quality reports, proposals, presentations, briefing documents and strategic recommendations.

• Coordinating projects from initial scoping through to implementation, ensuring actions, milestones and deliverables remain on track.

• Working directly with clients and senior stakeholders to understand their priorities and develop practical solutions.

• Supporting and facilitating client meetings, workshops, roundtables and strategy sessions.

• Helping develop and maintain strong relationships with clients, partners and other external stakeholders.

• Supporting business development activity, including identifying opportunities, developing proposals and contributing to pitches.

• Tracking the implementation and impact of strategic recommendations and identifying opportunities for further improvement.

The role will offer exposure to projects across different sectors, organisations and markets, with the opportunity to take increasing ownership of client engagements.

The successful candidate will ideally have:

• Approximately 3 to 5 years of relevant professional experience.

• Experience in strategy, consulting, operations, research, business analysis or a related field.

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

• The ability to turn complex information into clear recommendations and practical actions.

• Strong project management and organisational skills.
